GROWER - some one who coordinates production plans and grows the food. Has at least 3 years farming experience and ideally at least 1 year in a management position already.  Grows food for csa, farmer's market, farm stand, workshops, and events. Has marketing experience and can reliably sell and distribute high quality produce. Interest and experience with permaculture a plus. Interest and experience with nutrient dense growing a plus. Must be able to manage interns and volunteers and recruit interns and volunteers. Live within a community of people, have fun, be creative, hard working, be a team leader and a team player. Experience with carpentry is a plus.

ASSISTANT GROWER - to help with growing and selling produce - either reports to the primary grower or is a co-grower (shared responsibility).  Help with managing interns and volunteers.  Can fill in as needed for the primary grower to allow for people to take days off.

INTERNS - two interns at a time (full season more ideal).  Strong interest in growing, experience a plus.

EDUCATION AND EVENTS COORDINATOR (part-time position) - coordinate educational workshops and events.  Marketing ability important.  Graphic design skills a plus.  Ability to  network with community and develop a creative and dynamic program for the season.  Coordinate with local schools to organize field trips.  Coordinate marketing and advertising of all events and workshops.  Also coordinates all stays for people at the B&B/house.

VOLUNTEERS - Members of the community are also welcome to volunteer during the season.
